About Waldstein Hotel, Prague
Location : This delightful small hotel is located in the Mala Strana area of Prague, close to the Castle and in an area of outstanding historical importance. Tram connections to Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square are nearby and plentiful. The main entrance is in a courtyard off the main road.
Rooms : The rooms vary in size; all are decorated in the same traditional way with dark wood trimmings, traditional wardrobes and other furniture. Some of the windows are quite small, but this is to do with the structure of the place. The walls tend to be pale whitewash.
Restaurant : The hotel has no restaurant, only a breakfast room.
Exterior : The building is quite low and is a historic monument. It has a picturesque courtyard through which the rooms are reached.
Lobby : The lobby is tiny; opposite there is a small seating area. The decor is traditional - dark wood and stone with heavily upholstered furniture and low-beamed ceilings.
